While
traveling the rural back roads in East Central Alabama, my friend
Linda and I stumbled upon this old abandoned unmarked cemetery by the
side of the road. The dead cypress tree accentuated the ancient
double grave marker from the 1800's.
This photograph received First Place in the Professional Photographer
Division of Talladega's Heritage Hall Museum Photography Show in Nov,
2005.
The photo was shot in color in raw format and then altered to Black &
White in Photoshop. |
